Still Learning

I'm definitely still learning... this cake was made at the spur-of-the-moment as a birthday gift. As you can see I over did it with the frosting on the bottom tier, tooooo much fudge frosting!

Sweet Sixteen

This cake was my second creation for my daughters Sweet Sixteen birthday party. The bottom tier was a chocolate chip amaretto cake with chocolate fudge frosting layered in-between. The top tier was a lemon cake layered with lemon zest frosting.
